If the event is cancelled after the 4-week mark prior to the event, no refund will be issued. If a rental must cancel their event, with 4-weeks or more notice then a refund of the deposit will be given. Because we must plan for future activities around these rentals, if a rental is unable to fulfill their commitment, then we run the risk of having the facility empty for that time the event was reserved. Rentals and parties- Rental and birthday party deposits are refundable up to 4 weeks prior to the event.
We understand that things may come up and plans change, however we must build our leagues based on the number of teams and players registered and once payment is made, a spot is reserved for that paid team and so in the event they are unable to fulfill their commitment to the league or program, no refund will be given. League Play Fees – Adult and Youth League fees are not refundable but may be applied as a credit for a future session if approved by a program director.
Any ball going outside the dasher boards or touching the horizontal or vertical net is “out of play”. Delay of game penalty will result in the ball being given to the other team. Players have 5 seconds to place dead balls back into play. The penalty is a direct kick from the center of the red line from the side of the field where the kick was taken. The ball may not be passed in the air across both red lines. Three line passes in the air are not permitted. Defending players must stay 10 feet from the ball. 
Goalkeepers are not restricted to four steps while releasing the ball into play. Remember that it is important to always be nice to your partner and to never make fun of them if there is a word they do not know. Free substitutions may occur during play. Penalty for a goalkeeper improperly using the hands is a direct free kick at the top of the arc of the penalty area. Play restarts (after the ball leaves the playing area) with a kick-in, corner kick, or a goal kick.
